In Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometer from the beach, we offer this charming 50 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises a living room, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and a 25 m² fenced garden. Wifi access.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: oven, microwave, hob...
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: bunk bed (sleeps 2) + small balcony
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board.

Outside :
- A beautiful 25 m² fenced garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
