It features an attractive 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 20 m² garden. Wifi, we're waiting for you!

The house is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, close to the beach, the town center, the tourist office and the port.
