The apartment is composed as follows
First floor
- 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- WC between first floor and second floor

On the second floor
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), study area and TV
- Bathroom with shower

Second floor
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200), desk area and TV
- Bedroom 3: attic room with single bed (90x190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A private enclosed courtyard of 20 m² + terrace with furniture and a pergola to enjoy fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, close to the beach, the town center, the tourist office and the port. Nearby you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants (La Crémaillère, takeaway pizzeria, Thai delicatessen), bars, market, Asnelles cookie factory...
