Beautifully decorated beach block home on the south end of Brigantine island with a short 5 minute walk to the beach. This unit sleeps up to 7 and is perfect for one or two families to relax and enjoy all that Brigantine has to offer.
We take great pride in our home and recently had the floors re-done and the house re-painted -- an ideal place for family and friends to gather!
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor. The front bedroom has a bunk bed (twin-over-full). The back 2 bedrooms each have queen size beds with a sliding glass door out to a fenced in yard. There is a full bath on this floor and a washer/dryer as well.
Upstairs you will find a spacious open concept main room with a large TV, a full sized sleeper sofa, fireplace, and vaulted ceilings. A large sliding door leads to a deck with plentiful seating.
The dining room features a table for 8 and adjoins a beautifully updated kitchen. The kitchen has many amenities, including stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, blender, mixer, pots, pans and plenty of dish ware, bowls and glasses. Off the kitchen is a small balcony deck with a Weber grill for BBQ'ing and a staircase leading down to the fenced in yard.
The third floor is a loft area with a bunk bed (twin over twin) that sleeps 2. The ceiling up there is low so it is best suited for children.
Sheets and pillows are provided on the beds however please bring your own blankets and comforters to sleep with. Bath towels and beach towels are also provided; to be washed and returned to their original location prior to your departure. We also ask that you remove all trash to the city's free recycling center. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided.
In the garage you will have access to a variety of beach gear such as 8 beach chairs, umbrellas, cart, and more. Beach fence is great if you have a windy day! There are also some yard games such as a giant Connect-4.
We offer a contact-free check in procedure. You will enter through the main door of the house with a code that we will provide the day your rental begins. 8 beach tags are also provided with this rental.
Primary renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. This home is non-smoking. We require a 7 night stay during peak season and a 4 night minimum stay during off season. Friday-to-Friday bookings; 1:30p check-in and 9:30a check-out. Payment is by credit card only. Renter is responsible for any damage during their stay. A damage protection insurance option is offered through Vrbo.
