Welcome To The Colonnades 502!
***Please be advised: A balcony construction project is scheduled to begin on September 3, 2024 at The Colonnades. The project is expected to last through the end of December, possibly extending into January, 2025 depending on weather conditions. This project will involve resurfacing the balcony decks and replacing the railings. During this time, the balconies on the south side of the property will not be accessible. Additionally, the pool and pool deck will be closed for the duration of the project. Please be aware that there will be periods of loud noise, particularly when the balconies are being ground down.
Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book this unit.

This unit is very inviting and relaxing and makes for the perfect place to enjoy a great vacation with family and friends! Being located on the 5th floor, you will have a great view of the beach, the Gulf, and the pool. It is ideally located, allowing for incredible views without being so high up.
Our beautiful beach home offers an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen, making it a great gathering spot. The lovely master bedroom has stunning views of the Gulf that will not disappoint! The guest bedrooms offer comfort, making them a wonderful place to sleep and rejuvenate. There is also available space in the living room where the sofa sleeper will allow extra space for two.
Other features of this condo include free WIFI, large TVs in all rooms, comfortable bedding, and plenty of room for your family!
