This home was fantastic with plenty of fun activities to enjoy. The backyard, deck, and patio were just perfect, and the location was excellent. I did have a few concerns about the cleanliness of certain areas, but after discussing them with Matt, I felt it was an isolated issue. He was receptive to my feedback and assured me it would be addressed promptly.

A Girls Weekend Away

We had the best time from floating in the channel to using jacuzzi. This place has lots to offer from a great fire pit and kayaks to use. The bed was comfy and the place was great to accommodate a large number of folks.

Great house for our family

Had a fun 4 night stay for a mini spring break getaway. The house was comfortable for the family to spread out and exactly as described. I especially appreciated the little amenities of provided coffee, shampoo, etc.

Great Spot on the Lake

We really enjoyed our stay here! House was clean and seemed well cared for. Lots of great ammenities and having access to the boat dock was a real plus. The host was great to work with as well - great communication and really easy to work with! Thanks for a great weekend!

Great Spot!!

Three lifelong friends and our kiddos (4 under the age of 5) spent the weekend at this perfect little spot! We had an absolute blast! The home was perfect with bunk beds, a large back yard, fire pit, open floor plan, and more! Highly recommend!

Has it all

The house had everything we needed from cooking utensils/pots/pans, to outdoor games and plenty of seating. The backyard is peaceful, and it’s not a busy location, so you can fish or swim without issues. We appreciated having access to the boat lift. Would definitely book again!

Girls weekend

Plenty of room for parking. House was very clean, beds were comfortable. Inside and outside spaces were great for gathering to chat and play games. Only negative (but not to detract from a 5 star rating) not enough wine glasses. But turned out several brought their own so all turned out great.

Nice, Relaxing Stay

We stayed at this property with another family and our children. The house had plenty of room for 2 families and the backyard was wonderful as well. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood about 5 minutes from town. Matt was quick to respond.

Great House in quiet neighborhood

My sisters and I enjoyed a relaxing getaway. The space was perfect for us and not too far from Granbury. I wish we had more time to use the kayaks and explore the lake. The kitchen was adequate, but could use some newer skillets. Hot tub was a bonus! Overall a great home.

Excellent first experience at Lake Granbury

Excellent house to stay in! Our kids (as well as my husband and I) had the best time all week! They loved being able to fish and swim and we also loved being able to use the kayaks. It was pleasantly quiet everyday and at night. We were a bit nervous with the neighbors so close, but it was never an issue. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. If I had to be picky, maybe just some additional cooking staples in the kitchen i.e. cooking spray, but nothing to take away from a 5-star rating. We would book again!

Spacious home on a quiet canal

Super clean and modestly decorated home on the water with an upper deck lake view. Plenty of room for the family to settle in for a good time. Lots of outdoor toys and the hot tub was a bonus. We didn’t use fire pit due to rain. Caught fish while sitting on the bank. The kitchen has the basics. The propane tanks were almost empty, but we managed through the meal. Toilet paper and paper towels were sparse. No cleaning supplies to tidy up after cooking. I should have texted Matt, but we were leaving that day. Overall a nice, budget friendly home with great amenities.

This house is on one of several canals. It was the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 kids. The neighborhood was pleasant and quiet. Our grandkids enjoyed the kayaks, fishing, hot tub, and making s'mores in the fire pit. We went to Dinosaur Valley one day and Fossil Rim the next day. We also went downtown one evening, but it was kind of dead as it was on a Tuesday. Cute, though.

We had a relaxing time here! Quiet Neighborhood, Clean & Spacious Home, Comfortable beds. We spent alot of time fishing and even made friends with a local..... Lou the Water Turtle. Lou would swim up and hang out with us ALL DAY, EVERY DAY throughout our entire stay. He loves to play ball by chasing after fishing bobbers so be careful with him! We will return to this home again with our family for relaxing weekends.

Extra space for family

I needed a place big enough to fit visiting family that offered ways to enjoy the weather over Memorial Weekend. The lake canal was very easy to access with kayaks via lift, and the hot tub and patio were pleasant places to take in the water activity.

Perfect for our long weekend

I stayed with my daughter, her husband and her family and my wife. We had four children as well ages ranging 6-17. The house was perfect for us and had things to do for everyone. The nearby Dinosaur Valley State Park was a big hit for the youngest 2. The hot tub was a hit with the teens. Had a great time visiting the Granbury square and taking the ghost tour as well. Overall it was a super relaxing weekend for all.

Nice Place

Everything was good, with a few issues. The master bathroom faucets need work. The bathtub jets don’t work and the hot tub only half the jets work. Wonderful location and nice house. Communication was good!
