This is one of 5 apartments in this conversion multifamily Colonial style building, with all units occupied full time along with one professional office in one on the units. No washer-dryer or dishwasher. Towels & bedding provided. We ask that all guests respect the peace and enjoyment of all occupants within the housing. All units are occupied with longer term with quiet and clean tenants. No pets, smokers, vaping in this building. Not a party house or event house.
