Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this 40 m² air-conditioned apartment with mountain view and shared pool which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises a 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a pétanque court set in an enclosed garden planted with trees. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 25 m² living room with sofa bed (160x200), TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A swimming pool shared with the owners, open from June to September inclusive. It is accessible and private from 9am to 11am and from 2.30pm to 4pm. Maximum depth of 2 metres, alarm. Outdoor shower.
- A 20m² terrace with furniture on a reserved part of the garden of about 40 M2 to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Cabris, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in an outdoor parking space (private road). There is also free public parking in the heart of the village (10-minute walk). Car strongly recommended.
