The home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood and comfortably sleeps 8 guests. The open layout allows for great flow from the front door all the way to the serene pool area. Fully fenced property provides a great private oasis. Close to everything you may need; supermarkets, dining, shopping & more. Pets are welcomed, $100 fee per pet will apply.

Lacrosse Tournament Weekend

Cassamia 2 is exactly as featured on VRBO and a great house for teens. The property was very clean and cheery inside. We encountered a few minor blips during our stay, and the owner quickly responded and addressed/resolved the issues immediately.

Our first impression was the house was incredibly clean and fresh. The pool area was well suited to our party of five. The hosts were very accommodating which all played into a fun and delightful experience.

Spring break get away

My family absolutely loved this house. Everything was neat, clean and organized. The pool was a favorite hangout spot. The beach chairs and umbrellas were all very nice and made going to the beach a breeze. Gabe was easy to work with too! We would stay again!

Family Vacation

Loved this property! Its in a very quiet, nice neighborhood, great central location for all activities in the area. Home is beautiful with all amenities needed for a vacation. Owners are absolutely wonderful! Any questions i had were always quickly responded to. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great place to stay. Gabe was there every step of the process. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and fantastic access to it. Beds all very comfortable. Safe neighborhood. Son and myself enjoyed the visit we took to IMG Academy only 2 miles away. We would never be able to send anyone there but they gave us a free tour out of the blue.

Beautiful modern home

My family and I stayed at this house for our summer vacation and we loved it. The house was very clean, it smelled amazing, modern, and had everything we needed and more. The owners always replied to our questions/ concerns and they were very attentive. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. The property is close to the beaches, Publix, and restaurants. We would love to stay here again next year and we highly recommend it.

Performing Artists Lodging

Our Pops Orchestra rented this house for the tribute band performing concerts with us this. The house was spotless, the neighborhood quiet and the bedrooms fine for the five Nashville musicians. The performer's schedule didn't allow for much pool time, but it was a nice area to relax in after two very high-energy performances.

Girls’ weekend

The house was perfect for our group of girls to enjoy for a weekend getaway. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the pool was a perfect hangout spot. We loved the double doors leading from the kitchen and living area out to the pool and the large living area so we could all hang out together. The 4 bedrooms provided plenty of space for everyone to sleep, and the location was great as well. We were close to Publix for grocery runs and plenty of fast/casual food options, as well as <20 minutes from Anna Maria Island’s beaches and restaurants. The garage is stocked with everything you need for a beach day. We would absolutely return!

cozy & relaxing

This was my first VRBO experience and I couldn’t have asked for a better one. The house was exactly as described- it was clean, smelled great, comfortable beds, amazing shower and to top it off the pool was THE BEST!!! Gabe was very communicative and made booking this house a breeze. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and close to everything you could possibly need or want from shopping, restaurants and the beach or any excursions. The smart tv made lounging around on rainy days very convenient. I would highly recommend this host and this property. Would love to stay here again next time we are in the area!!! 10/10.

Family Getaway

Place is clean and has clean smell. Pool was refreshing after being out during the day. Kitchen had everything we needed. We used the grill a couple times and it worked great. Great location close to grocery, Walmart, and restaurants. Gabe answered all my questions quickly. Used the beach towels, cooler, and chairs that were in the garage. Only small bad takeaway was that we couldn’t find any local channels on tv but that was probably us. Nice to see what is happening locally with news, weather, sports etc…. There were plenty of channels to pick from, just couldn’t find local Tampa station. Overall this is an amazing house in quiet neighborhood and would highly recommend it!
