You’re going to love this! The house is central to everything. World-Famous beaches 15 minutes away. Explore up-and-down the coast... Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, Coquina, Longboat, Lido, Siesta, etc. etc. Downtown Bradenton (incl Bishop Museum, RiverWalk and Pier 22 Restaurant) only 1 mile away. Tampa and Sarasota attractions, including the Ringling Museum, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, Busch Gardens, St. Pete's Pier, wildlife Preserves all around… fun for the whole family!

This is a new 4 bedroom/3 bath Key West style home. Open, light and bright. Heated pool in the backyard! Come work remotely with office/desk space in one of the rooms... including an extra monitor, mouse and printer upon request. High-speed 400MB internet. Two master bedrooms w/private bathrooms, 1 King and 1 Queen. Equipped with 4 TV's... Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and Prime Video are all included! We understand families need toys, books and beach gear while on vacation... so we're sharing those too!

Pets need prior approval from the owner. Non-refundable pet fee will be required if accepted. Arlo security system on the front of the property.

This house was spacious, and perfectly staged with all of the furnishings and accessories that our families needed (and more). Kevin was incredibly responsive and answered all of of our questions very quickly which made the stay that much more enjoyable. We loved this house! It was super clean, well designed, comfortable beds and sheets and a really nice pool. It was only 10 minutes away from the IMG Soccer academy so we were able to see our grandson play daily. Kevin was a super host, always responding in a timely manner to our requests and concerns. We will return to this place!

Girls trip

Kevin was a great host, very responsive. The water pressure was a little low but once we figured out we could only run one thing at once it was fine. The house was super clean. Pool was great to have. The beds very comfortable. Had a little problem figuring out local channels on tv but we preserve and it all came together. We came to golf so didn’t spend time at the beach but it is close by. Would rebt again.

Fabulous get-away space

I was looking for a space where family and friends could come and go as they pleased. This property is even better than expected. Lots of space, everything you'd need to be comfortable and the backyard pool area is amazing. I plopped myself out there for two days and never moved my car. I would definitely return again.
