The accommodation is perfect for a solo traveller, business travellers, a couple or a family with one, two children or teenagers.

The location of the property with a view of the twelfth century church is very pleasant, a quiet, soothing place where life is good.
I do not accept animals, the cottage is not suitable to receive them.

For practical purposes the shops are close by on foot, pharmacy, greengrocer, bakery, contact carrefour, newsagent, florist, pizzeria, takeaway meals on Sunday morning in front of the bakery (roast chickens, paella, Asian cuisine, oysters) and a market with its local products on Thursday and Saturday mornings in Saint André de Cubzac, 5 kms from the house.

In the master bedroom you have tourist documentation on the multiple walks St Emilion, the Fronsadais, hiking, bike rental, Blaye and its citadel, old fortified village village, boat trip on the Gironde estuary, the magnificent city of Bordeaux, Royan, the Médoc, Cap Ferret, the Dune du Pilat highest in Europe natural monument, located near Arcachon.

The house is also well located for the start of several wine routes, the Bourg Blaye hillside road, the castle road which crosses the Médoc and of course Fronsac Saint Emilion Pomerol...

You have a few kilometres of lakes and other activities, the lake of Dagueys beach and water games, the Calinésie large aquatic centre in Libourne, the lakes of the white mill in a natural setting in the shade of the pines, the Hippocampe new aquatic centre in Saint André de Cubzac as well as Z'oulous adventure amusement park for children, Cinema complex of 6 screens ....
