Cleaning fees also include: Maintenance, supplies, restocking costs. Replacement of items such as broken coffee makers, portable heaters, fans, linens, towels and more. Regular trash removal from bear bins to town dump. We ask guests to assist with optional checkout procedures that are very time consuming such as start dishwasher, wash a load or two of towels. Family ski trip

This was a very comfortable and cozy cabin. Amenities were plentiful. Great kitchen with plenty to cook with. Downstairs was easy to warm. Upstairs took longer to warm, but we didn't use the portable oil heaters. Plus I sleep better with a cooler room. It does have stairs to the entrance, so frequent trips to the car will work your legs, but thats not a deal breaker. Close enough to town for shopping, but far enough away to get out of the rat race. Will be on my list of stays to return to.

Family get away.

This cabin was great. It had everything we need it. Is perfect for a gateway, the neighborhood is quite nice. We had a little inconvenient with the light and hearter in one of the rooms but i contacted the owner and he solved everything asap. I will recommend this cabin with no doubt.

Amazing family getaway!

The house was beautiful. It was close to everything, but still in a quiet neighborhood. It was very nicely decorated. We loved spending time with the kids, playing games (there were a lot of board games, coloring books and toys, and also a gaming table with 1300 games on it!) and cooking in the well stocked kitchen. There was a large yard that was fenced that the kids played in. We enjoyed barbecuing (there are two barbecues) and eating out on the side porch while taking in the mountain views. The kids loved the bunk beds and it was great to have TVs in every room. There were individualized heating and air systems in every room upstairs and central heating downstairs, and if we needed more, there were plenty of blankets and portable heating and air units in the closets. We will absolutely come back! The family memories we made here will last a lifetime.

Fun mini vacation!

The house was just as described on VRBO. It was perfect for our family! The furniture and amenities are modern and stylish. There were TWO patios to enjoy and a nice side yard! Cozy fire places, and a great space to curl up and read a book. It had a very mountain cabin feel with all the creature comforts of home. I highly recommend it and we will be back again soon.

Very pleased

This was a great home! The only thing our group had to say was that the upstairs room was much cooler than the rest of the home, so more blankets would have been nice. Great location! 15 min from all the lakes we visited. There was small town shopping in the neighbor-ood for immediate needs, coffee, etc
