Located on the 1st floor with elevator, it comprises :
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- a functional shower room ;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- and a living room with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.

You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.

For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is located in the city center!
You'll be right next to shops, supermarkets, chemists, greengrocers, dry cleaners and patisseries.

The subway line 13 is just a 3-minute walk away for easy access to Paris.

Clichy's best bakery, "Clem et Gwen", is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
There are also many restaurants in the neighborhood. Here are my favorites: Les Fricoteurs, Rosette, Chez Polette, Vendredi, Scaramouche, Regiøn, etc.

## Emplacement
Also called Clichy-la-Garenne, the city of Clichy is a town bordering Paris. Born from a Gallo-Roman villa, the village has gradually expanded while keeping its authentic character. Heavily forested until the Middle Ages, it is from this period that the name of the city changed to become Clichy-la-Garenne in reference to the many royal hunting parties that took place there. The revolution marked a turning point in the city’s economic activities. The city saw the rise of laundries. The famous "Goulue" of the Moulin Rouge was one of the laundries of Clichy. It was at the beginning of the 19th century that industrialization took root in the town with the arrival of the crystal factory Maës and the glassworks Appert, then in 1950, Citroën. However, Clichy has not lost its character of "village" and intends to keep it between modernity and traditions.
