This apartment worked out wonderfully for our family. It is very small, but we were out sight-seeing during the day anyway. It is in a fantastic location close to the eiffel tower in a quiet neighborhood. The owner met us to let us in and show us around. He was incredibly helpful and even let us check out late.

Great place if you're ok with small and simple. Arnaud was an excellent host. The room is clean on a quiet street.
Has good bathroom/shower area and kitchen. Also a washing machine and detergent there.
Just very small and when the windows are open it is not private.
Overall was great for a Paris visit for me and my son
The apartment is basically one 4x4 meters room that serves as both a living room and bedroom and a 2x3 meters kitchen that has a double bed that can be opened and would take all the space in it. It is well equipped.
We were 4 adults and we managed, it was a little cramped but it is very reasonable.
The owner is great - he came to the apartment to show us around, was available on the phone and also helped us when we forgot an important item when we left.
The bathroom / washroom is tiny in American terms - but very common in Europe - it has a shower, toilet and a little sink, there is ample hot water for 4 adults to take a 5 minute shower.
There is a washer/drier combo, microwave, small oven and a 2 elements hot-plate. There were ample dishes, pots, etc.
You do need to get soap and shampoo and the body towels were smaller than what we are used to in the US - but still manageable. WiFi was excellent and there was a TV too - but we didn't spend any time watching it.
Do note that there is no AC (only heating) - so if you come in the middle of summer - don't be surprised. We were there in June and it was OK.
Everything was clean, smelled good and from what I understand, the owner's daughter lives there too.
The location is great, there is a nice supermarket just about 3-4 minutes walk from there and the street is quiet
Overall - it was really a great value for money.
