Un superbe petit appartement idéal pour deux personnes. Très propre et bien équipé. Proche de Royan et Saint Georges de Didonne même à pied. Plage à 5 minutes. Propriétaires réactifs et pros. Copropriété calme et loin de l'agitation des attractions balnéaires. Balcon très pratique. Tout petit bémol : dommage l'absence de WiFi.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans ce très bel appartement, très agréable, bien situé, tranquillité assurée. Ideal pour de belles balades agréables, proche de la plage. Très bien accueillis, les propriétaires sont sympathiques et à l'écoute. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Séjour Royannais au top!

Très beau studio dans résidence sécure et bien entretenue, à deux pas de la plage et à proximité à pied de toutes commodités. Restaurant de plage la réserve est devenue notre point de ravitaillement. La situation du studio à proximité de plusieurs destinations incontournables nous a permis d’en visiter qqunes( notre dame, le phare de cordouan.. . Et d’assister à une compétition annuelle de pelote basque dans un parc … le tout bercé par la musique émanant du festival un violon sur le sable. Christian et Rose sont des hôtes charmants , discrets et très bienveillants . Merci
