Welcome to our charming house offering an ideal setting for a family holiday close to the coast. This house is ideally located 500 m from the Noëveillard beach and less than 1 km from the town of Pornic with its old harbour. This spacious, light-filled house offers an unforgettable coastal getaway for all the family.

- 3 bedrooms with double beds (140 x 200) and storage space, overlooking the garden
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 200) and storage space, overlooking the garden
- Bathroom with bath, shower and washing machine
- A shower room with shower and storage space
- Very large south-facing garden with trees, terrace and garden furniture.

This house is ideal for spending quality time with family and friends. Playing cards and a Molky game are available to help you make the most of your holiday.
