Always a great stay, house needs tidying and maintenance outside

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All fixtures had dust and floors were not cleaned. The pool pump was trying to give out our entire stay and the noise was pretty obnoxious. Things have seemed to go downhill as far as esthetics, bag boards and bird houses damaged upon arrival. We come every year for over 6 yrs and this was the first time for any complaints.
Response from VrboOwner on 17 June 2024
We hope to see you again next year. The boards have been removed. The pump did go out and is now replaced.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have gone to a Frio the last time years and plan on continuing the tradition. We loved this house, this year the water was super low so the fact that we could come back to the house and the kids still had so many things to do was so great! They stayed outside almost the entire time we were there and it’s much needed for our kiddos. The houses amenities were shockingly useful. We have decided to make this our annual trip home so we look forward to staying again next year!
