Willa Elżbiecina is a beautiful historic wooden villa in the Witkiewicz style, from 1912. It was completely renovated and rebuilt into a luxury guest house in the years 2016 - 2019. From 1922, the villa was the property of Wojciech Korfanty, the leader of the Silesian Uprisings and a close friend of Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz. Location Willa Elżbiecina is located in one of the most beautiful and green parts of Zakopane, the "Office Lots" district, in the direct vicinity of the Wielka Krokiew ski jump, the Kuźnicki Roundabout, and the Tatra National Park. Within a 10-minute walk, there is Krupówki street, the most representative pedestrian zone of Zakopane with countless shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes.

Rooms The building offers 7 luxury hotel rooms with a comfortable double bed and separate bathroom in each and 1 de lux two-level suite. The rooms are decorated in reminiscent of the Zakopane style with elements of the Art Nouveau period. In each room, guests can enjoy hand-made carved furniture, renovated antiques and stylish lightings, lamps and mirrors that have undergone extensive renovation. The comfortable bathrooms are equipped with large walk-in showers, stylized taps and shower faucets, and stylish bathroom ceramics. Five of the eight rooms have bidets in the bathrooms. All have radiators - towel dryers, hairdryers, and underfloor heating. A stay in a two-level suite with a bedroom located on a mezzanine offers an unforgettable experience. A large comfortable double bed with a beautifully carved headboard, a luxurious double, free-standing bathtub in the bedroom and a huge triangular window through which you can admire the sunrise or sunset on Tatra's Giewont peak, leave unique impressions. The rooms are equipped with individual safes and minibars, each equipped with a 55-inch TV with SMART functions. Wired and wireless internet access is available in all rooms. The mechanical ventilation and air conditioning systems take care of air quality. For our guests, we provide a full service of towels, bathrobes, slippers and bathroom cosmetics. Common space The villa has a beautifully arranged historic shared space. The large, fully equipped dining room can accommodate up to 20 people. Meals can be arranged at one common or several smaller tables. On a sunny day, guests can drink coffee, eat a meal, or simply take a rest on the large terrace overlooking the garden and the top of Giewont. The music and coffee salon will be an ideal place to drink morning or afternoon coffee, read the newspaper and talk to friends or colleagues. In the TV lounge, equipped with a 75-inch LCD TV, one can watch a match or an interesting movie while sipping noble drinks on a comfortable sofa. It is also a convenient place to organize presentations and business meetings. In the basement, also accessible from the outside of the building, there is a dedicated room for storing sports equipment such as skis or bicycles. Kitchen We offer a fully equipped kitchen (large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, induction hob with hood, two ovens, set of equipment and pots) along with a set of plates, cutlery and glass to be used, depending on the rental option, either by guest's own cook or by the service provided by our company. It allows to comfortable preparation of meals for up to 30 people. In the basement of the villa, guests can find a fitness room and a laundry room with a washer and dryer, which can be used upon prior arrangement. SPA In the garden, there is a separate SPA building, for the exclusive use of guests of our residence. There each guest can use a steam bath with aromatherapy, a dry sauna, a large jacuzzi tub. After saunas, one can cool down under the water cascade, use the bosun's bucket or stimulate all senses in the shower of sensations. A separate glazed relaxation room with a view of the mountain stream Foluszowy is equipped with wooden couches, deckchairs, and rocking chairs. Guests will also be able to relax on the outdoor terrace.

Garden and parking The villa itself is placed on a plot of almost 2000m2, surrounded by a stylishly designed and maintained garden. In the backyard, there is also a wooden regional shelter with a fireplace serving as a grill, which is an ideal spot for outdoor rest and garden parties. Along the southern border of the garden, the mountain stream called Foluszowy Potok flows along the southern border of the garden, which in its further course crosses the whole of Zakopane flowing along Krupówki Street. The car parking, located on the street side, can accommodate up to 14 cars. The whole area is fenced, lit and monitored.
