On the Retord plateau, at an altitude of 1000 m, large semi-detached gîte for 10 people, on two levels, located in an old farmhouse in Valromey. Entrance into a hall, functional kitchen with its wood stove, relaxation lounge equipped with a wood stove, a bedroom on the ground floor with 2 beds 90*200, bathroom (walk-in shower), separate WC with washbasin. On the 1st floor, a large corridor, three bedrooms including two bedrooms each with two beds 90*200 and a bedroom for 4 people with 4 beds 90*200, bathroom, separate WC, laundry room. Wood and electric heating. Terrace, garden furniture and deckchairs, barbecue (coal). This gîte has been completely renovated and benefits from excellent thermal insulation. You will appreciate the charm of the stone and the beautiful beams on the ceiling. Ideal for getting together with family or friends, and enjoying the many winter activities (skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, etc.) or summer activities (hiking, exploring the flora and fauna, etc.). End-of-stay cleaning included. Fiber optic Wi-Fi and Ethernet sockets A stay in authentic nature not far from Savoie, Geneva, Lyon
