Great location, nice unit, very nice personnel, some mechanical issues.

The positives - located in a great neighborhood, a block from the beach and a short block from a lovely commercial center with everything you need right there. The unit itself is well appointed, and Carmelo does a nice job with amenities and arrival gifts. Plus the staff is responsive and attentive, polite and eager to help. The negatives - most everything works fine, but the A/C struggles to keep up with the summer heat and humidity. Further, the A/C unit in master shuts off at 6 am (not fun to wake up at 6:15 drenched in sweat). The oven doesn't work and needs to be replaced, and cloths dryer takes forever to dry even a small load.

Cockroach home

The location is great but that was about it. It’s an older home with a serious cockroach problem. We had them every night. The home is also not safe for kids as there are exposed nails all over the house.
