Idyllic location! What if we offered you a gîte on the banks of the Saône, the Voie bleue, and fishing? All at the same time. Then the Maison des Pénicheurs awaits you. Between authenticity and a few touches of modernity, discover this haven of peace near Villefranche sur Saône. Discover the UNESCO Global Geopark. What if this playground offered you one of the most beautiful panoramas. A diversity of landscapes and architectural heritage. In short, hikes, through small trails and soak up everything this region offers. You want more respite, so come and tease the fish. Your hosts will be happy to give you all the information. And if you want to splash around, the Plan d'eau Colombier is just 3 km away. After visiting the surroundings, let's move on to the lodge. This house is designed to accommodate 6 people with 3 bedrooms. Let yourself be seduced by the cooking range, the living room fireplace with its spit mechanism. A little throwback that will make you smile. And what about the exteriors where everything is designed so that everyone finds their place: under the covered terrace or under the majestic tree which will shelter you from the sun... On the ground floor: kitchen, living room, separate toilet and small laundry room. On the 1st floor: three bedrooms - one with a 160*200 bed, a second with two twin 80*200 beds, and finally the smallest with its two 80*200 single beds. Shower room with integrated WC. And if you travel light: charges are included (electric heating and wood), beds are made on arrival, bathroom and table linen provided. The cleaning remains your responsibility if you wish for an amount of €60. Connected TV (canal +, Netflix) and very good speed WiFi. Terraced house with year-round rental. Private parking located just above the gîte. Private and enclosed garden with free view of the Saône. Cachet, charm, friendliness in a former coaching inn from 1830.
