In Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, this 56 m² flat with sea view can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the 6th floor (with lift), it comprises a 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), integrated shower room with WC
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) and single bed (90x190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- An 8mx1m west-facing balcony with sea and harbour views.

During your Normandy getaway, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a large number of activities within walking distance of the flat: walks or bike rides along the coast, at the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, Casino, Visit to the Juno Beach museum....
On Tuesdays and Fridays very nice market in the centre of Courseulles.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the free public car park at the bottom of the building.
