3 bedrooms, 2 full baths - Waterfront Beach House just minutes from Point Pelee National Park!
This charming, newly renovated and fully furnished beach house boasts 3 bedrooms - 1 upstairs, 2 down (sleeps 6), 2 full baths, and a sofa bed. There's a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of living space, and a large private deck overlooking Lake Erie.

RELAX: Our property features a large lakeside deck spanning the entire back of the house which offers panoramic breathtaking views of Lake Erie sunsets and sunrises. The deck is equipped with lounge chairs, patio set, and a BBQ. Feel free to enjoy the beach and amenities within walking distance at Point Pelee National Park by using our Complimentary Park Pass for the duration of your stay. In the evenings, why not enjoy a bonfire outside and roast some marshmallows or relax inside in our newly refurnished living room to watch some TV on our flatscreen. When it’s time to turn in for the night, enjoy a restful night on our brand new mattresses.

EAT: Our fantastic kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare your own meals to enjoy at our large dining room table. If you prefer not to cook, why not enjoy an evening out at one the many local restaurants just a short drive away? Or why not plan a day or evening to explore local breweries in Kingsville, or enjoy a wine tour or tasting at the vineyard in Colchester’s wine country (20+ local wineries with award winning wines & cuisine).

ADVENTURE: Check out all that Leamington, Kingsville and surrounding areas have to offer! We are just minutes from Point Pelee National Park, Hillman Marsh and Erie Shores Golf Course. With just a short car ride, you can be at the Seacliff Park, Beach or Amphitheatre to enjoy an outdoor concert on summer nights. Leamington has always been a great destination for birders, cyclists, and nature lovers! Our waterfront is fantastic for boating and many other water activities. You could also plan a day trip to Caesars Casino in Windsor or Pelee Island on the Ferry.
Don't forget to check out the many roadside produce stands the area has to offer. Pick up the freshest produce available! Many options available seasonally!

Perfect Getaway with Friends

Beautiful cosy and clean cottage was perfect for our stay. Everything we needed was provided. Very close to Point Pelee National Park and we enjoyed our sunset over the lake to finish our day. Excellent communication with our host and easy check-in and out. Would definitely book again.

Unforgettable Stay In the Beautiful Cottage

My friends and I enjoyed our stay in the cottage. We had so much fun and amazing time during our stay. The cottage is so welcoming, the cleanliness is superb. We have all we need during our stay. The kitchen is equipped with what we need to prepare our food. Everything is perfect! It was indeed a wonderful experience!

For the Birds (at Point Peele)

We went for the birding at Point Pelee. Fortunately we scheduled a guided tour for the three hours Saturday morning that it didn’t rain! We truly enjoyed the cottage. It was immaculate and had every thing we needed. We ate at Freddy’s and had great yellow belly perch. Played cards and listened to music at night. Sad to leave!

Lakeside retreat

We love this cottage on the lake. I have stayed many times and will return. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms make it a perfect place to meet up with family and enjoy Point Pelee, local wineries and garden centers.

Stunning views and beautiful cottage

This cottage is one of the best I’ve stayed at. Jen thought of everything and even had a little welcome gift basket ready for us. The place is very clean, spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked. The sunsets are breathtaking. Would love to come again!

Leamington Sister Retreat

Great Place to Stay

This cottage is modern, clean and really close to Point Pelee National Park. We loved the extra touches like the gift basket and the park pass. The beds were comfortable. Stairs to downstairs were a little steep for seventy year olds and their luggage!! 😂 Loved the sunsets! Shauna van Hoof

Point Pelee peek

We had a lovely, but too brief visit to Point Pelee. The cottage was close to the park, so well equipped with all the big and small things one might need...nicely furnished and cared for. The host Jenn was generous, responsive and accommodating. We hope to visit again for a longer stay.

What a gem

We spent a long weekend. Visited point pelee national park three times. Enjoyed the fresh produce in the area and had a fantatic meal at O' Saracino in k8ngsville. We will be back

Simply Excellent!

Wonderful property only minutes away from Point Pelee National Park for our annual birdwatching trip. It was so lovely that we rebooked for next year only a few days into our stay. Very well appointed, beautiful views and equally wonderful communication with hosts. Highly recommend.

Sunset Beachhouse

The location and accommodations were amazing. Enjoyed our first night on the deck watching the sunset. Came to see the Monarch migration, with the access pass and the 5 minute drive we spent most of the weekend at Point Pelee National Park. Even managed a visit prior to check out. The host covers everything you would need for your visit! Would highly recommend.

Spectacular stay from start to finish

A yearly venture to various parts of the province with my four sisters brought us to Pelee and this was a lovely addition to our memory books! The cottage is spotless, very well equipped, and sleeps 7 comfortably. The view out the front windows is positively breathtaking! It’s Situated perfectly about 3 minutes from both Pelee Provincial Park and Pelee Wings - the can’t miss store for anything kayak /nature related. Spectacular meal at “Moonlight Cafe”. Wonderful cottage, stellar host always ready to answer my questions, will need to bring my hubby back next summer! Highly highly recommended.

Excellent Lakefront Property!

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage on the lake. The home was spotless, well appointed, comfortable, and obviously well-managed. The owner provided every conceivable item that renters need, including ample towels, linens, kitchen appliances & utensils, etc., not to mention special extras like condiments, spices, coffee and a very generous welcome basket filled with local goodies. We could not have been more pleased with the accommodation, and would recommend this house to anyone visiting the Leamington area.

Mom's remembrance

It was perfect. Mom expressed her firm wishes to have a family remembrance at Pte. Pelee National Park where she spent many happy childhood summers(1933-40). Family gathered from Michigan, Wisconsin and New Mexico for the weekend. It was a blustery, sunny weekend that didn't disappoint! Wonderful accommodations for all!

Honestly the best BnB I have ever stayed at. The place was not much to see from the outside but stunning within. Very clean, modern, comfortable, and well furnished. Amazing space, both upstairs and the basement. The owners added so many nice, thoughtful, and caring touches - from the helpful instructions, to the small gifts. Definitely will stay again. Really great location as it is close to Pelee, and the complimentary park pass was much appreciate. Much bang for the buck. Thanks again to Jen for letting us stay there! Top Notch!

Beautiful sunset

Cheery 3 bedroom cottage with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Views were fabulous and seating both inside and out was comfortable. The owner gave us great tips to enjoy our stay. One of our nicer rental experiences.
