Lake Kaitajärvi 25 m (length 9 km, width 0,5 km), clean and clear water, hard, gently deepening, sanded bottom (deeper mud). Rowing boat and swimming pier.

Wooden villa, built in 2014: living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms both with 160 cm double bed, sleeping loft with 160 cm double bed and 2 single beds, wood-heated sauna, washroom with shower and WC, dressing room, 30 m² covered terrace and 60 m² open terrace.

Steps lead from the second bedroom to a spacious sleeping loft, also equipped with a desk for teleworking.

Equipment: air source heat pump, underfloor heating in washroom, heat reserving fireplace and baking oven. High-speed wireless Internet access (4G, 300M), Smart TV. The cot and high chair for a baby are available free of charge. Please book in advance.

A 7-person hot tub embedded in the terrace can be rented separately only during summer time from 1st May to 30th September (other times only if there is no frost) for additional cost. The reservation must be made through Lomarengas no later than 2 weeks before the arrival date (unless you have already made a reservation when booking accommodation) and for the entire duration of the accommodation period. Hot tub is heated with wood. Firewood and cleaning are included in the hot tub rental price. A bathrobe and slippers can be rented from the owner 25 e/person (you get slippers to yourself).

Outdoor: gas grill, charcoal grill, electric smoker and gas-fired Muurikka -griddle pan, terrace furniture for 8, a summer kitchen with water tap (water from the lake). Campfire site, woodshed, disc golf. Ice swimming possibility in winter time.
