Garden with panoramic view and lawn and sports field, barbecue area on the wooden deck and extra terrace & wonderful garden to marvel at: spring flower meadow and rose garden in summer.
Parking, quiet location with fantastic views of the valley. Underfloor heating, marble floors in all rooms. Non-smoker, house built with ecological building materials, is allergy friendly.
Ski lift in the immediate vicinity, nature reserve, kitchen with dishwasher and stove, microwave, small oven
The apartment can be merged with the apartment Picasso so that you can use 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large lounge, a winter garden with a wonderful panoramic view and a view of the garden and the pond and of Pobershau. Animals allowed.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt übers Wochenende
Stilvoll eingerichtete kleine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht sowie einem sehr schönen Blick in den Garten und auf die Umgebung. Im Winter hat man einen kleinen Skihang direkt vor der Tür, ideal um seinen Kids die ersten Rodel oder Ski/Snowboard Erfahrungen näherzubringen. Und auch die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und freut sich herzlich über Besuch.

Liebe Frau Thomsen,
leider konnten wir uns nicht persönlich von Ihnen verabschieden...wir waren oben und haben gerufen, aber Sie waren nicht da.
Wir wollten uns ganz herzlich für den tollen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen bedanken. Die freigeistige Atmoshpäre in Ihrer mit tollen Kunstobjekten ausgestatteten Wohnung hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Wir möchten sehr gerne mehr davon sehen.
Auch die unkomlizierte Lösung unseres kleinen "Problems" war klasse.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen - sicherlich auch etwas länger bleiben. Weil das das einzige Manko war > es war leider sehr kurz.

Traumhaft und Erholung pur.
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Super bequemes Bett.
Der Garten ist wunderschön und lädt zum verweilen und in der Sonne sitzen ein.
Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war ebenfalls sehr freundlich.

Zum Jahresausklang im Erzgebirge
Aller Komfort für eine gemütliche Auszeit vorhanden. Leider ist dieses permante Ticken des Gaszählers in der Nacht lästig. Trotz dieses kleinen Makels ist alles mit Liebe und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gestaltet. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Leider ist die Gasuhr neu ausgetauscht und ich habe das Problem bei der Energieversorgung gemeldet. Sie verlegen die Gasuhr in den Heizraum.

Schöne Unterkunft
Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, es war alles vorhanden, die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet. Da das Haus etwas höher gelegen ist, hatte man von der Terasse einen sehr schönen Blick auf das weihnachtliche Dorf. In den Betten konnte man gut schlafen. Stauraum war im Schlafzimmer genug vorhanden. Im Badezimmer hätten wir uns etwas mehr Licht gewünscht, außerdem waren im Schlafzimmer die Geräusche der Wasserspülung der oberen Etage und das Laufen des Gaszählers etwas störend.

Die Geräusche sind direckt nach ihren Aufenthalt beseitigt worden.Die Gasuhr wurde enfernt.
Diese kurzfristigen Havarien wurde sofort abgestellt.Es tut uns aufrichtig Leid für diese Unstimmlgkeit.Wir würden uns freuen,Sie bald wieder begrüßen zu dürfen.
