Thank you for your feedback, Paul. We do appreciate you staying with us for an extended 40-day visit and for acknowledging our responsiveness in addressing items during your stay. That said, we do want to provide some clarification on a few points mentioned. Our carpets are professionally deep cleaned on a quarterly basis as part of our routine maintenance schedule. The patio furniture, while fully functional, can show signs of wear over time due to the extreme Arizona heat and sun exposure. Regarding the pool, it is not limited to 3 feet in depth—the spa/jacuzzi area is approximately that depth, while the pool itself varies. As for the surrounding area, the City of Chandler has been conducting roadwork during daytime hours, which is unfortunately outside of our control. We strive to provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all of our guests and take pride in maintaining the home to a consistent standard. We also encourage guests to communicate any concerns during their stay so we can address them promptly, as we did throughout your visit.
