From concept to completion, our Four Seasons home was thoughtfully designed to offer a luxurious, restful, and unforgettable getaway in the heart of Central Oregon. Every detail—from hand-hewn timber beams to designer furnishings—was selected to create a serene and elevated guest experience.

This spacious, well-appointed home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests. It features two elegant King Master Suites with private spa-like bathrooms, plus two additional bedrooms with double Queen beds and ensuite baths. The upper-level bonus room is ideal for kids, with four built-in twin beds, ambient reading lights, and a private bathroom. Each room is outfitted with memory foam mattresses, plush duvets, high-thread-count linens, soft and firm down pillows, and cozy robes. All bathrooms are stocked with clean, non-toxic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to support a healthy and eco-conscious stay.

The open floor plan seamlessly connects the gourmet kitchen, spacious dining area, and great room—perfect for gathering and entertaining. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with premium Wolf appliances, including a 48” range, an oversized refrigerator, Breville espresso machine, French press, waffle maker, and more. It’s fully stocked with dishware, glassware, and serving platters for 16. A 10-foot dining table and buffet make shared meals effortless and elegant.

Step outdoors to two covered patios furnished for relaxing and dining al fresco, with a built-in BBQ and a luxurious hot tub surrounded by forest views. Inside, the Great Room and bonus room each feature smart TVs with immersive 7.1 surround sound systems for movie or game nights. The upstairs bonus room also includes a PS4 console and a variety of family board and card games.

The heated garage is more than just parking—it includes a ping pong table, seven adult bikes, three kids’ bikes, and a Tesla charging station, all available for your use during your stay.

Resort Amenities

Caldera Springs is a gated resort community located next to Sunriver. It offers nine miles of scenic bike paths, tennis and basketball courts, a fitness center, playgrounds, and access to the stunning Quarry Infinity Pool, complete with towel service and seasonal food and beverage delivery. You’ll also enjoy the new Lake House restaurant with lakeside dining, and the Shore Shack café, perfect for morning pastries and espresso.

Your stay includes 16 guest passes to the Quarry Pool, Lake House, and Fitness Center. (Please note: Forest View Pool access is not included.)
