But with a outdoor sit down table balcony.
Centrally located in one of the most expensive neighborhood.
Facing east with rising sun.

Beware there is a locked door to separate from the rest of the flat, so there will be some noise from an elderly lady, who sleep at 7 pm, up at 7 am. Up at nights sometimes.
