This 250m2 villa, which combines a typical Creole style with a loft feel, invites you into a warm and welcoming living space for your tropical vacations.

Inside, you'll find three air-conditioned bedrooms for your comfort. A spacious master suite with a 160cm bed and en-suite bathroom is a haven of peace for couples. TThe other two bedrooms have 140 cm beds, one of which has a sleeping area for young children (with a fan but no AC), and share an additional bathroom.

The fully-equipped kitchen invites you to concoct delicious meals, while the outdoor terrace overlooking the pool offers an idyllic setting for enjoying your meals al fresco. A barbecue is also available for grilling under the stars.

Un séjour parfait !!!

La Vila Ladouchka est un petit havre de paix, nichée sur les hauteurs de Petit bourg, avec une jolie vue. Sa situation permet de faire de belles randonnées à proximité, et les belles plages ne sont jamais très loin. La maison est magnifique, spacieuse, à la décoration soignée, fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Un immense merci à Katia et son fils qui ont été adorables et aux petits soins pour rendre notre séjour très agréable. Hâte de revenir !!!

Séjour ensoleillé parfait!

Nous avons passé 3 semaines merveilleuses dans la villa Ladouchka. Elle était adaptée à notre famille (3 adultes et 2 adolescents) avec des pièces spacieuses et de grandes terrasses décorées avec goût ainsi qu'un agréable espace piscine. Et la cuisine très équipée nous a fait nous sentir chez nous. Nous remercions chaleureusement Katia et son fils pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Assurément nous reviendrons !!!

Bonne localisation, au centre de l'île, parfait pour les visites, randonnées, plages.. Accueil chaleureux, la villa est magnifique avec des espaces joliment décorés, et propres. Un grand confort que nous avons apprécié. Le Carbet et la piscine vous invite au dépaysement total. Des vacances réussies à Ladouchka. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Excellent séjour dans la villa Ladouchka

Villa magnifique, avec une terrasse à couper le souffle, un jardin parfaitement entretenu avec de sublimes plantes, et une très jolie piscine. À l’intérieur tout est spacieux, les chambres sont climatisées et les espaces communs très bien agencés. Pour finir la cuisine est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée, nous n’avons manqué de rien. L’hôte Katia est d’une douceur et d’une gentillesse incroyable, très arrangeante, attentionnée et à l’écoute. Nous reviendrons pour sûr avec un immense plaisir !
