Location: car hire recommended. Loggos (waterfront tavernas, shops, café bars, bakery and boat hire) is a drive of 5 minutes (about a 15 minute walk).

Villa Kipiadi, located at the end of a long beautiful driveway only to reach the villa with stunning views.

Villa Kipiadi, is a two storey villa. On the ground floor, there is a living
room with comfortable sofas, a kitchen with a dining table and direct access to the balcony overlooking the pool area.

There are two en suite bedrooms each with 1 queen bed and their own bathrooms with access for guests.

Loft area has 4 single beds, great for kids or extended families.

Both en suite bedrooms have their own AC units

Living Room

The air conditioned living room has: sofas, WiFi Internet, TV, NetFlix and dining area. There are patio doors that lead to balconies and access to outdoor dining terrace along with spectacular sea views.

Kitchen

The kitchen features: corian work-tops, full oven, dishwasher,

fridge/freezer, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and

kettle. There is also a Barbecue Grill outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
