Your family & friends will love this secluded yet modern custom cottage. It is located in five acres of trees and trails. On site is a hot tub, wood burning sauna, fire pit and indoor fireplace, BBQ, and fast internet. It is truly a 4 season vacation home. The Town of Kearney, 10 min away has some wonderful swimming beaches and fishing spots on the lake. Also 15 min away is Arrowhead Provincial Park which is known for its beaches, and ice skating trails.

Just north of Huntsville, this five-bedroom, three bath cottage sits on five, mostly wooded acres. With no neighbors in sight. your crowd will feel safe and secluded in your own, little world.
Spacious and comfortably casual. Relaxed, neutral color palette with pops of color and fun. Modern conveniences with traditional cabin touches.
True main floor master suite with on-suite bath and direct access to hot tub (and seating area) on back deck.
Enjoy 2 living spaces one upstairs and one down, with bedrooms on both levels. Included are hot tub and spa, built in bar, electric fireplace, and high speed wifi.
Upper level: living/dining room with electric fireplace, kitchen, deck dining. Master with king bed and bathroom, two one-queen bedrooms, a second bathroom with tub. (sleeps six).
Lower level: two two-queen bedrooms, one bathroom. (sleeps 8)
We provide equipment for cooking/baking; selected spices, salt and pepper; dish soap, kitchen towels, cleaning supplies, and paper towels (1 roll); toilet paper (3 rolls in each bathroom), hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap; propane for the BBQ.
We provide comforters and pillows. Sheets and bath towels must be brought or we can order this for $25/bed (Flat/fitted/pillow case/bath towel) through our supplier.
Most shops in the area sell firewood. If you're using the sauna and firepit, we recommend you grab some before checking-in.
ATV trails are conveniently located right off the property.
Large driveway for lots of parking.
You have access to the entire cottage except for locked storage closets. The garage is not for guest use but there is a covered area behind the garage.

One of the highlights of hiking in the area is the Emsdale Trail, a scenic route that encompasses the historic Emsdale Rail Station museum and provides breathtaking views of the North Muskoka River. This particular trail is a great option for all skill levels and is easily accessible from the heart of Emsdale.
The area is also full of natural beauty, providing access to a number of other trails, parks and lakes, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts looking to explore. The nearby Algonquin Provincial Park is a short drive away and is a must-visit spot for any nature lover. The park is one of the largest in the province and features over 2400 lakes, meandering rivers and towering forests. Visitors can hike, canoe, fish, or simply relax and take in the scenery.

This cottage does NOT have central AC. We have a portable unit only on the main floor that helps to take the edge off in the living room only.
Please note a signed rental agreement along with a refundable security deposit of $1000 is required to confirm your booking.
To complete your booking we will need a signed rental agreement, $1000 refundable deposit and 2 pieces of I’d that match the credit card and reservation name
Must be 25 years old to book and the majority of your group needs to be over the age of 25.
We allow up to 2 dogs with prior permission. A pet fee applies to each dog. No Cats or other animals allowed.
If there will be more people than the original booking, you must let us know and there is a extra guest fee of $50 per person per night.
Zero tolerance for excessive partying (we do not accept bachelor/bachelorette parties). Noise by laws start at 10:30pm. Outdoor activities should be brought inside.
No fireworks allowed. A fine of $500 will be applied if caught lighting fireworks.
We have a zero tolerance for smoking of any kind in our cottage. If caught, there will be a fine of $500
For weekday bookings of groups of 4 people or less, complimentary linen service included upon request.
