This sophisticated beautiful home offers the perfect Port Mansfield view, with large windows looking out to the water and private fishing pier. Great for watching the sunrise. All of the living space is located on the second level of the home.The kitchen, dining, and living are are one large open space, great for gathering together. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a master on suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full/twin bunk and a twin. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a second full bathroom.
NO Garage Access. BBQ, Air Conditioned, Washer, Dryer, WiFi, Smart Tv with streaming apps. Pets Allowed for $100 non refundable fee.

Didn't hear from host till I called 11:30 a.m. the day of arrival. I had emailed a couple days before as I hadn't heard anything, no response. Called about 11:30 a.m. and left a message. Got a return call about 1 p.m. The house was nice, but furniture and amenities I would rate as "tired" There was a decent amount of kitchen furnishings, but lacked basic things. There were no trash bags except the one in the garbage can. The house was cleaned, but wasn't "clean" . The second bedrooms sheets appeared to have not been changed since the last people were there. Under the furniture and beds hadn't been cleaned. I found 2 pairs of reading glasses, a 5 dollar bill, and various other things as well as food. There are no lights by the stairs outside, which make a definite trip hazard with the steps being painted dark brown. The fishing dock has many boards that the screws or nails have rusted away and the boards are loose. A few are not attached any more. There were various screws and nails laying around in the driveway and patio. I picked up at least 15 in the driveway.

HOUSE WAS EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING, HOUSE WAS PERFECT. MY FAMILY REALLY ENJOYED THIS RELAXING WEEKEND. ONLY THING I WOULD SUGGEST MAYBE GET MORE LIGHTING ON THE PIER; WE TOOK OUR LIGHT BUT ACCIDENTLY DROPPED IT AND IT BROKE. OTHER THAN THAT WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WHAT SO EVER. LETS JUST SAY I WOULD DEFINITLY BOOK THIS HOUSE ANOTHER WEEKEND.

Was so wonderful and welcoming, we had to book an extra day!

We didn’t know the house and area was this great. We ended up booking an extra day, and will be booking more often in the future! The house had absolutely EVERYTHING you need to feel right at home, we didn’t have to leave town for any home necessities, just food and drinks! It was absolutely wonderful, I have recommended almost everyone I know about our experience!
