This pleasant vacation home features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, mini-oven, dishwasher, microwave), opening onto the living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a second bedroom with two single bunk beds (please note that the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washing machine, and an enclosed garden with outdoor furniture. A private parking space is available 30 m from the house. Pets are not allowed. It is certified 2 keys and 2 stars by Clévacances.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants. Additional services on request and subject to availability: rental of sheets and household linen, rental of WIFI box (€40 per week), end-of-stay cleaning (€85), rental of childcare equipment.

La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
