This beautiful, secluded house offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday with privacy and a sense of well-being. The bright and comfortably furnished rooms make a stylish impression and invite you to take a successful break with the family. Entertain yourself in the games room with billiards or darts and spend relaxing hours in the lounge. In the evening you can relax in the sauna.



In addition to the stylish and modern interior of the house, you also get a large natural plot with comfortable facilities such as a swimming pool, whirlpool and sunbathing lawn. The outdoor area is designed as a Mediterranean park and offers a variety of sports and children's facilities for the whole family.



The nearest beach is only 800 metres from the house. Martinska beach is surrounded by a pine forest and offers a beautiful view of the town of ibenik. From here you can reach ibenik by boat in a few minutes. You live 3 km from the town beach of Jadrija. In addition to the beautiful beaches, in the summer season you will find several restaurants, cafes, pizzerias and a pastry shop, a small shop and a bakery. For cultural excursions, you can visit Vodice, 8 km away, or ibenik, 12 km away. You can also visit the breathtaking waterfalls in the Krka National Park and experience the paradisiacal islands in the Kornati National Park.

Eine sehr tolle und empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit liebe zum Detail. Wunderschöne Zimmereinrichtung und tollen Außenpool. Zum Meer- Kieselstrand sind es wenige Minuten ebenso in die wunderschöne Altstadt Sibenik. Wir überlegen bereits für nächstes Jahr zu buchen!

Wir waren in den Pfingstferien in der Villa Arka und sind immer noch begeistert.

Wir waren in den Pfingstferien in der Villa Arka und sind immer noch begeistert. Die zwei Wochen sind wie im Fluge vergangen. Aufgrund des vielfältigen Angebotes, dass das Haus bietet konnten sich die Kinder eigentlich den ganzen Tag beschäftigen und es kam kaum Langeweile auf. War es der Pool oder Whirlpool, der Billardtisch, die Dartscheibe, die Boule Bahn, oder der Sportplatz, auf dem man Fußball, Federball oder sonstige Spiele spielen, oder einfach nur "chillen" konnte, die Kinder waren beschäftigt. Durch die einsame Lage wurde man von niemandem gestört, was der Erholung der Eltern zu Gute kam. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war wirklich gut (endlich mal eine Herberge mit scharfen Messern), es fehlte an nicht.Ganz besonders muss der Kontakt zu den Vermietern hervorgehoben werden. Sie waren bei jedem Problemchen zur Stelle, haben aber sehr viel Wert auf unsere Privatsphäre gelegt, was unheimlich angenehm war.Die Gegend um Sibenik oder Vodice bietet auch einige Dinge, die unternommen werden können.Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Wir können die Villa Arka nur wärmstens empfehlen.
