Welcome to the Holiday House Paula!
You live in a large 120sqm modern newly built cottage in a quiet location, surrounded by gardens, with views of the mountain chains, on the southern slopes of the Kaiserstuhl in the warmest region of Germany.
Just a few minutes from the train and a few meters from the Kaiserstuhl cycle path, the result is a perfect mix between relaxation and adventure because of the proximity to local attractions such as the cathedral. How to get around without a car, with the cost-cone card safely. Bicycles can be rented in town. The central location in the border triangle allows easy and fast realizing a number of attractions, such as in Markgraeflerland, in the Black Forest or the neighboring Alsace. So also the Basel Zoo in about an hour's distance.
The residential street, yard and garden offer families with children pure fun, games and thus recovery.
By dividing the bedrooms and bathrooms over three floors, the house can be used as a 2-generation house. From the living room you enter a small balcony, the beautiful view invites you to linger evening.

Same next year!

This was the second time we have stayed in this property and it was every bit as good as we remembered. This time we took advantage of the guest cards, travelling into Freiburg on the train….free of charge and so easy. When we arrived there were Easter decorations, eggs and a lovely bottle of local wine. Would definitely recommend.

Hervorragender Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Paula – uneingeschränkte Empfehlung

Das Ferienhaus Paula lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen und war für uns bislang die beste Unterkunft, die wir je gebucht haben. Bereits bei der Ankunft fiel uns der äußerst gepflegte und einladende Eindruck des Hauses auf. Alles war in einem tadellosen Zustand: modern, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Räume sind großzügig geschnitten und bieten ausreichend Platz für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt – sowohl für Paare als auch für Familien geeignet.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Herzlichkeit und Professionalität der Gastgeber. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an willkommen und gut betreut. Der Pool war jederzeit in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand – er wird regelmäßig gereinigt und ist somit hygienisch einwandfrei nutzbar. Auch der angrenzende Garten ist liebevoll gepflegt. Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns die Möglichkeit, frische Beeren direkt vom Strauch zu naschen – ein schönes Detail, das den Aufenthalt noch besonderer macht.Insgesamt hatten wir eine rundum gelungene Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Alles stimmte: von der Ausstattung über die Sauberkeit bis hin zur Betreuung durch die Gastgeber. Aus diesem Grund vergeben wir in allen Kategorien die volle Punktzahl. Das Ferienhaus Paula ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen – wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Sehr netter Empfang durch Frau Briem. Blumen auf dem Tisch und Sekt und Wasser im Kühlschrank. Im Haus alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Schwimmbad und alles drum herum (Liegen, Tisch und Stühle überdacht) sehr schön und das Wasser angenehm warm. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch der schöne Grillplatz wurde von uns genutzt. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, wir waren mit vier Frauen unterwegs, das Haus eignet sich aber auch sehr gut für Familien mit Kindern. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit 😊

TipTop Ferienhaus

Selten hab ich ein Haus erlebt, dass so sauber war. Es gab keine schmuddeligen Ecken oder Staubflusen. Das Haus wurde schon öfters bewohnt und man weiß, dass es schon länger auf den Markt ist, aber der Allgemeinzustand wird immer auf Schuss gehalten. In der Küche waren alle Dinge super sauber. Egal was man rausgezogen hat, man musste keine Bedenken haben. Ich würde das Haus immer und sofort weiterempfehlen! Wir kommen wieder! Danke für den unkomplizierten und schönen Aufenthalt!

Silvester in Wasenweiler

Unser Aufenthalt vom 30.12.23 - 03.01.24 war sehr gut. Wir sind mit drei Pärchen angereist und haben uns in dem Haus direkt rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir durften auf Nachfrage hin viel früher ins Haus und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Alle meine Fragen die ich vorab gestellt habe (zur Umgebung, Restaurant in der Nähe etc.) wurden zeitnah beantwortet. Als Willkommen stand eine Flasche Sekt und ein Glas Marmelade auf dem Esstisch. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr modern. Alle drei Schlafzimmer sind groß und es ist alles vorhanden allem was man so braucht. Die Badezimmer top modern. Alles mit Liebe dekoriert, in jedem der einzelnen Räume. Es gab sogar einen Weihnachtsbaum. Was uns gefehlt hat, ist ein Fernseher in der Küche/Essecke da wir uns dort als Gruppe am meisten aufgehalten haben. Wäre das Wetter besser gewesen, hätten wir einen perfekten Kurzurlaub gehabt. Das war das beste Ferienhaus, welches wir je hatten. Perfekt ausgestattet, alles sauber, kein unnötiger Deko-Schnickschnack. Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man hat überall gemerkt, dass es ihnen wichtig ist, dass Gäste sich wohl fühlen und ihren Urlaub genießen können. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar eine Flasche Wein und anderes. Unsere Kinder fanden den Pool besonders klasse.

Perfekter Einstieg in den Kaiserstuhl

Das neue großzügige und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus hat alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt wünschen kann. Es liegt im Ortsteil Wasenweiler ruhig und doch ideal zum Erkunden des Kaiserstuhls oder zur Fahrt mit der S-Bahn nach Freiburg. Ausgiebige Wanderungen durch die Weinberge, den Wald und das schöne Liliental beginnen "vor der Tür" und im Gasthaus zur Sonne kann man sehr gut essen. Schönes Ferienhaus am Kaiserstuhl

Das Ferienhaus Paula ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ein sehr sauberes, modernes Haus mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Tolle ruhige Lage, Brötchen gibt es gleich um die Ecke und der Bahnhof ist auch nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
