About this property

Quiet vacation home in the center of the historic old town

The house was completely modernized inside and out at the end of 2016, a new bathroom and a fitted kitchen were installed.

It is located in the courtyard of a typical Lübeck old town house, with a small terrace and right in the center of the old town.

The apartment extends over two floors and consists of a living and dining room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms.

Everything is well equipped, lovingly decorated and is just waiting for our guests.

Lage ganz hervorragend. Sehr steile Treppen. Küchenausstattung ist nicht sehr auf eigenes Kochen ausgerichtet. Ansonsten eine sehr gute Wohnung.

Fast alles perfekt.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in fantastischer Lage. Steile Treppen für alte Menschen nicht einfach, war aber ja bereits bekannt gemacht. Nur schade, dass die Heizung erst nach einigen Tagen klappte. Dusche zwa4 ziemlich klein, aber Gesamturteil trotzdem sehr sehr schön!

Ferienwohnung

Wohnung und Vermieter waren prima. Die Treppen sind nicht für ältere Menschen geeignet. Katastrophe war für mich die Abwichwicklungsplattform fewo-direkt.de: Man musste die Kreditkartendaten angeben, zur Abbuchung bereit, und bekam später eine Zu- oder Absage. Die Web-Seite zur Abwicklung ist voller Scripte, die Daten sammeln, natürlich nur zum Besten der Kunden. Die technische Abwicklung der Bezahlung war überfrachtet und schlecht. Ich brauchte 3 Anläufe. Und das lag nicht an mir. Desweiteren war das wohl inzwischen übliche Spiel: Meine erster Buchungsversuch scheiterte, beim zweiten Versuch 10 Minuten später, zahlte ich deutlich mehr. Fazit: Die Wohnung und der Vermieter waren einwandfrei, die Plattform hat mir die Zornesröte ins Gesicht gebracht. Nie mehr FeWo-direkt!

Schön war`s.....

Wir haben es genossen, an die steile Treppe haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt. Herr Theuerkauff hat uns sehr nett begrüßt, uns die Räume gezeigt, uns Tipps gegeben was man in Lübeck unternehmen kann, wo wir preiswert parken können. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer behaglichen Wohnung

Great Location - Challenging Staircases

The location is great! The place was clean. The owner was great to work with and responsive. I would just caution anyone that has children or has any issue walking up and down step narrow staircases to opt out. The only small bathroom is on the main floor so at night you must go down a very steep and narrow flight of stairs to reach it. Also you have to climb up a steep staircase to get to the first floor of your apartment which the bath is directly at the top. That is the only thing I would caution about when renting this cozy apartment.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die zentrale Lage ist optimal für einen Stadturlaub. An- und Abreise waren sehr unkompliziert. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Lohnenswerte Unterkunft, hervorragende Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig, da sie im Hinterhaus ist. Im Hinterhof ist ein sehr schöner Garten angelegt, zur Wohnung gehört eine kleine Terrasse zu diesem Garten hin. Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Spülen mit der Hand ist für uns kein Problem und kein Manko. Das einzig Unangenehme war, dass die Wohnung zwei steile Treppen hat und ein sehr sehr kleines Bad. Das ist aber auch wirklich alles. Wer eine Stadtführung machen möchte, dem empfehlen wir einen Stadtführer, der ebenfalls im Haus wohnt und der eine wirklich ausgezeichnete Führung gemacht hat, sehr kurzweilig, sehr informativ und sehr kompetent. Den Kontakt kann der Vermieter herstellen. Wir werden wiederkommen, allerdings werden wir uns um eine andere Wohnung bemühen, ausschließlich wegen der Treppen.

Entspannen & Erlebnis mitten in Lübeck

Sehr schöne Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr freundlicher Empfang, so dass wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Es ist ein wirklich ruhiger Ort mitten in der Stadt. D.h. eine perfekte Mischung zwischen Stadterlebnis und Ruhe.

Schöne Wohnung mit Lübeck-Ostseeflair in sehr guter Lage

Eine schöne, gepflegte Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, schön ruhig im Hinterhof gelegen. Sehr gute Ausgangsposition, um die Altstand von Lübeck zu erkunden. Wissenwert ist, dass die Treppen recht steil sind. Verbesserungswürdig sind die Fenster im Küchenbereich, durch die es zieht wie Hechtsuppe, und im Treppenaufgang riecht es etwas modrig/schimmelig.

En liten perle i rolig bakgård

Dette stedet innfridde alle våre forventninger og mer til. Delikat og sjarmerende leilighet med alt vi trengte. 1 minutt til bakeri, legg til 2 minutt så er du ved Rådhuset, mer sentralt blir det ikke. Vi var der i desember, men tenker at stedet er fint også når det er varmere. Fin liten bakhage med bord og stoler. Vi kommer gjerne igjen!
