The holiday home (ranch house) on the Aller with sun terraces and panoramic views

Welcome to the Südheide!

The ranch house is a wooden house and is located on the edge of a very idyllic and quiet forest settlement. The property is about 150m from the Aller (260 km long tributary of the Weser). The unobstructed view invites you to dream and relax. Even the wonderful sunsets let you forget everyday life with a glass of wine.

You enter the house through a side entrance door to the entrance area with cloakroom or through the spacious covered entrance door directly into the living area on the ground floor. The large kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast area is open to the large, cozy living room with 2 sofas, flat screen TV and fireplace. Dining table on large window front and access to the semi-covered porch. On the ground floor there is 1 of 2 bathrooms with shower / toilet. In the upper area there are 1 master bedroom with a double bed 1.80mx 2.00m, cot, TV and walk-in closet, 1 living room with flat TV and sleeping facilities for up to 4 people (double bed 1.40mx 2.00m and one cozy living area that can be converted into a double bed in just a few steps if necessary). On the upper floor there is also a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a large whirlpool tub. The roof terrace on the upper floor with a clear view of nature invites you in the afternoon or Evening sun to linger and relax.

Experience nature :: Due to the layout and location of the property, it is wonderfully possible to let the flora and fauna take effect from the veranda. Observing birds, squirrels and deer in their habitat up close is not uncommon.

Ducks, coots and moorhens as well as swans are at home on an approximately 10,000 m² old arm of the Aller at 80 meters away, and the Aller at approx. 150m away, the latter also happy to be fed. Every now and then, eagles turn their circles over the meadow, and the stork struts back and forth on the meadow in front of the terrace.

At dusk you can see the bats scurrying across the water.

Petri Disciples have the opportunity to fish for carp, tench, pike and pikeperch in the old arms. Appropriate fishing permits can be obtained on site!

The house is equipped with a heat pump heater, which keeps the house warm even in the cold season. In addition, the stove on the ground floor can also be heated after instruction to create an atmospheric and cozy atmosphere. We provide you with the firewood free of charge in the shed.

Bicycles, bike racks or roof luggage boxes can also be safely connected in the shed.

Garden furniture for up to 10 people, 2 deck chairs, 1 couch and a grill are available.

Activities :: The Celler Land is known for its well-developed network of hiking and biking trails through the varied meadows, forests and heathlands and along the Aller. The 'Allerradweg' offers beautiful routes for cyclists in particular.

The Aller leads directly past Nordburg in Schwachhausen. There are also many idyllic old arms of the All nearby, which invite you to linger.

In some altars in the immediate vicinity you can fish for a small fee to the respective owner (please contact us if necessary!).

Canoe tours on the Aller or Örtze are worth a venture. In about 500m from the house there is a canoe and paddle boat rental in the Restaurante Allerparadies.

The natural swimming pool in approx. 800m distance is pure fun for young and old.

Pet allowance 10 euros plus 3 euros per night per pet.
