This 3rd floor POOLSIDE OCEANFRONT luxury condo offers breathtaking views of the Hereford Inlet and the coastline in North Wildwood. Wake up and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. The balcony from the master bedroom and the living room is a great place to watch the sunrise, the surfers and maybe even the dolphins. The sounds of the crashing waves set a relaxing atmosphere for all to enjoy. A stroll on the seawall is just steps away from your front door. Being located in the heart of the North Wildwood Entertainment District gives an easy walk the bars and restaurants including Flip Flops, The Inlet on Olde, Keenans and The Establishment at 100 to name a few. The ferris wheel and fireworks on Friday night can be seen from the condo or you can take the short walk to the famous North Wildwood boardwalk that is less than a mile away. The building offers access to elevator, private large heated pool (with chairs provided), jacuzzi, and an fitness center. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen granite kitchen, hardwood floors in common areas and carpet in bedrooms, large master bedroom and master bath with walk in shower and soaking tub, plenty of closet space, washer/dryer in unit, wireless internet, flat screens tv, and two parking spaces. The unit is available to families and responsible adults 25 and over only.
