Once inside, you will be greeted with a long hallway. Proceeding into your rental, the first bedroom to the right will two twin beds. The first bedroom to the left also has two twin beds. Continuing into your rental your will find a large hall bathroom to service the two bedrooms to the rear of the property followed by a laundry room. Off the hallway you will find a set of stairs to the Second floor Suite with private deck, master bathroom and sitting area. The front of the property opens up top a large kitchen, dining area, living room and private ocean front deck with panoramic views of the the ocean and Hereford inlet. There is another suite off of the living area with private bath and walk-in closet.

The Kitchen Area comes complete with full sized refrigerator as well as a mini refrigerator for extra beverage storage, coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, garbage disposal, dishware, stemware, flatware, utensils, pots and pans. The counter top in the Kitchen Area also doubles as a dining area for 4, with four counter top Chairs. The Dining Area is located directly behind the Kitchen Area and has a table and 8 chairs. There is both a regular and Keurig coffee maker in the property.

This includes bedsheets for all beds and towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.

Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
