This four bedroom 3 bath upper cottage Beach Block unit sleeps 10, and is a short walk to one of the most popular beaches with lifeguard station and restrooms. Better than new unit, beautifully decorated and furnished with 4 TV's throughout. Two master bedrooms with private baths. Spacious Master Bedroom with private bath and Jacuzzi, and private deck off sitting area. Living room has flat screen video and AM/FM amplifier and CD player with ceiling speakers, and you continue to enjoy the music when you go onto the front deck with mounted speakers and pull down privacy shades, and a dinette set for six. Enjoy summer breezes on the large rear deck, with its full awning (and another dinette set). Off street parking for two vehicles, enclosed outside shower. Beach gear includes tags, chairs, cart, and umbrella! Propane grill and other amenities and extras.
