Charming House for 4 people on the island of Groix.

Lovely holiday home for 1 to 4 people on the island of Groix, in the pretty village of Ker Port-Lay, the oldest port on the island where you can also swim. House classified as "3-star furnished tourism" by the Prefecture of Morbihan. 55 m2, fireplace, bath, enclosed rear garden 600m2 facing south and fully enclosed, house on little traffic. Ideal for rest and holidays. Less than 1 km from the port of arrival, close to the main market town of the island and all its shops, in the immediate vicinity of the coastal path and the beaches. Driving free accommodation is possible. The communal shuttle bus will be waiting for you at the exit of the boat and will drop you off 100m from our home.

Un lieu très bien placé.

Un endroit très agréable pour découvrir l'île de groix pendant 1 semaine. Nous avons facilement pu faire le tour de l'île à pied, au départ de la location. Elle est très accessible sans voiture. Un grand commerce se trouve à côté. Très pratique. Le jardin est plutôt agréable. L'espace du bas est bien équipé ( cuisine, tv, mobilier) À noter des escaliers aux étages un peu difficile, quant on commence à prendre de l'âge (64 pour nous). Par chance nous sommes encore physiquement plutôt agiles et dynamiques. La chambre du premier est très agréable, elle a un aspect salon ( un deuxième fauteuil serait peut-être bienvenu pour y rester à lire à deux.). La seconde chambre est petite et sous les toits ( ç'est juste un lieu pour dormir ).Le réseau sur l'île est un peu capricieux. Il n'est pas toujours facile de le capter ( variable selon l'opérateur ) surtout dans la maison (non équipée de wifi).Mais c'est plutôt bien pour se déconnecter pendant une semaine !!!
