Great but get all the info

My friend and i stayed at the property end of april. it is a great location and the place is really clean and well decorated. Two complaints. one, there is only one bathroom, not 1.5 or whatever it says and they charged me 40 euros for towels and sheets....they only accepted cash and did not run this through vrbo, which was really annoying as i didnt have much cash, they are lucky that i had cash. The charge for sheets was not listed on the property description when i reserved the space so i was a bit taken back by the charge. other than that, it was great.

Concernant les draps et serviettes, il était précisé sur l'annonce que vous pouviez soit apporter les vôtres, soit en louer auprès de la concierierie chargée de vous accueillir. Cette location supplémentaire dépendant de votre souhait, elle ne peut être systématisée et intégrée à la location de la maison sur Abritel. Vous avez été informée des tarifs et des modalités de paiement de cette location supplémentaire (chèque ou espèce) lors de vos différents contacts avec la conciergerie, afin d'organiser au mieux votre arrivée. Nous sommes navrés que ces échanges n'aient pas suffit. Concernant la salle de bain, elle est conforme aux photos présentes sur le site et il n'y en a qu'une seule, au premier, avec les toilettes.
