Welcome to Reel Nauti, the perfect Atlantic Beach vacation home for family and friends! Located in Seaside Villas, this Oceanside Community promises a truly unforgettable escape. This spacious, well-equipped, extremely CLEAN, 3-level, 3-bed / 3.5-bath townhome. This unit is for NON SMOKERS ONLY. Each bedroom has its own private bath! This home comfortably sleeps 6-7 adults with room for up to 8 occupants.

~1600 Sq. ft with all the little details to make your stay comfortable! This perfect location sits across the street from the ocean and is only a 3-4 minute walk to the beach access and pier. Within walking distance to restaurants, Dairy Queen, Dollar General, bottle shop, sound-side fishing dock, and more! Super close to Atlantic Beach public park with a playground/putt-putt/splash pad/skate park and only a short drive to NC Aquarium, Fort Macon State Park, Atlantic Beach Circle, Morehead City, and historic Beaufort.

No details are spared including keyless entry (no keys to lose!) We provide linens including bed sheets (beds will be made upon arrival), blankets, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

Home Amenities: Flat screen Smart TV's in each room with access to Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Peacock, etc. Two private balconies plus fenced-in patio for relaxing. Upgraded WiFi. Also provided are beach chairs, beach wagon, beach and pool toys. Ironing board and Iron as well as hairdryers in the bathrooms. Washer and dryer for your use as well. Light-blocking shades are on all windows throughout the home. Outside Security cameras are located in the front and back of the home for your protection and ours. Each floor also has its own thermostat for individualized temperature control.

Kitchen: A fully-equipped kitchen includes all the necessary pots, pans, serving ware, and baking needs, a standard drip coffee pot plus K-cup machine, toaster, crock-pot, blender, children's plastic dishes, plastic serving ware and drinking cups for the pool, and food storage containers. Large pantry for all your food items. Also included are basic paper products, baggies, foil, trash bags, cleaning supplies, detergents, soaps, etc.

Living and Dining: The main floor offers a beautiful, open living area, half bath, and large eat-in kitchen (table seats 6-7 and raised bar with additional seating for 3). Off the kitchen is a fenced-in, private patio and yard plus storage room for all your beach essentials

Pool: Usually available from April through October (closing dates are determined based on staffing and weather), features a shallow pool shelf for the little ones and large open-air clubhouse is just steps from the front door. There is also a small playground next to our building.

Parking: There are two marked spaces reserved in front of our home available for your use

On-Premise Amenities: Pool, Playground with picnic table, and Dumpsters for trash disposal

There are a few games as well as children's books in addition to our lending library in the living area tv console - take a book, borrow a book, or leave one for another to enjoy!

Family Weekend

We stayed here with out kids and grandsons. Perfect location for beach and pool, which we all enjoyed. The place was very clean and extremely well stocked with extra linens and kitchen supplies (food storage, spices, etc ...). We would stay here again for sure.

Quick Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Atlantic Beach! The unit was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to extra towels. The location was perfect for a relaxing beach getaway, and the pool on the property was a great bonus, clean and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the condo, especially the amazing artwork, that made it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for our family beach trip. It was clean and very nicely decorated. Lots of attention to detail and nice furnishings. Wedding Weekend

We stayed for a weekend to attend a wedding nearby. The townhouse has a great floorplan with bathrooms for every bathroom. Easy access to the beach. Nice and clean. The house had some toiletries/cleaning products and paper goods available which was nice. Good supply of towels. I will look for it in warmer weather to see if we coukd stayvthere again.

I can’t say one negative thing about this place. It is beautiful, clean, well stocked and comfortable. The location was perfect to walk to the beach or the pool. Quick drive to great restaurants. PERFECTION!

Carrie is an amazing host and her home was perfect for our family of 6! Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and, most important of all, comfy beds!! The beach is right across the street and so easy to access, and the pool is steps away when you’ve had enough of the salt and sand. The perfect little getaway

First I must say that Carrie is an absolute delight to communicate with. She has all the answers and always replies quickly with the best attitude. The place was absolutely perfect for our family. Everyone has their own personal space/ bathroom. The place is fully equipped with everything you need without having to pack your whole house. My family enjoyed the beach but having the pool is something my littles enjoyed the most. We will certainly vacation here again!!

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at Reel Nauti and I wasn't disappointed. This is a spacious, clean, well appointed townhome. Carrie continues to be a delight to communicate with and is always so helpful all the way down to activity suggestions. The area as a whole is safe and all the locals are so friendly. Even Better than described

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of space for 7 adults and 2 children. The condo is furnished so well and the multiple levels provided privacy. Everything was clean and ready to relax and enjoy. The use of the beach closet and wagon, chairs, toys was awesome, and close short walk to the beach was wonderful. Having a hose at both entryways to rinse feet was great. We loved having laundry facilities and the whole place was so well stocked. Unusually well for the kitchen in my experience. The pool and playground were an added bonus for the kids. The upper balcony’s were a favorite hangout for early morning and evenings. Great for catching sunsets. Five stars all the way.thank you!

It had everything we needed

There’s a fear staying at a new place: will they have the things I need? You end up overpacking because you aren’t sure if the listing is actually right. Reel Nauti legit had everything we needed. We were there for Thanksgiving and everything we needed to cook our meals was there - including an actual knife set with knives that weren’t garbage. Our kids loved the bunk beds and having a smart tv in the room. The playground was close enough that we could let them play on it without having to be with them every second. Walking to the beach took less than five minutes and the crosswalk provided the safety needed to make us comfortable crossing a busy road. And it was clean. Completely clean. From the second we walked in there was no doubt everything about the entire place was clean. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Atlantic Beach, you’ve found it.

My wife and I stayed at Reel Nauti for 4 nights, and I was very impressed with this property.The units appear to only be a few years old based on the appearance of the entire property. Every unit is very clean, the property is well maintained, not just Reel Nauti, but the entire neighborhood is very well taken care of. Reel Nauti was exceptionally furnished and decorated. This unit was extremely well stocked. They had every item needed in every room. Kitchen had everything you could imagine needing. Drip coffee, Keurig, plates, silverware, large refrigerator, dishwasher. There was plenty of dish soap, and also handsoap, towels etc.The bedrooms were very spacious and well decorated. The furniture was very good quality, not what you normally see in rental units. The beds were comfortable, had very nice sheets and comforters, with extra blankets in the closet, as well as multiple pillows. Bathrooms were spacious and well stocked. The downstairs backyard is fully fenced in, has synthetic grass, and concrete sitting area. It also has a gate in the fence so you can bring your beach stuff back to the house and not get sand inside the house. And both the front entrance and rear entrance have a hose for rinsing off.The Air conditioning worked quite well. We had a couple of 90 degree days and the a/c kept each floor at exactly the temperature you set it at.I rent pretty nice units at beaches in NC and SC. This one is definitely the nicest! I highly recommend it!

Our family of 3 lives in Raleigh, NC. When we aren't working, we love to spend our free time at the beach! Our favorite things to do include surf fishing, shelling, dining out, shopping, and exploring all the many things to do in Carteret county.

Why they chose this property

Carrie grew up spending weekends and summers in Atlantic Beach, Morehead City, and Beaufort. Her grandparents had a home in Morehead City in a neighborhood on the sound and if you were to swim directly across the sound from our community, you would end up in their old neighborhood! Also, this property was built on what was formerly "Jungleland", one of Carrie's favorite places to play putt-putt, ride bumper boats, and try her luck in the arcade as a kid.

What makes this property unique

You cannot beat the location! Directly across the street from the beach, super close to shops, restaurants, and activities like the AB park, Pine Knoll Shores Aquarium, and so much more. Atlantic Beach, and the rest of the Crystal Coast are true, small-town North Carolina beaches where you'll never get bored! Whether it be a day on the beach, an afternoon at the amazing community pool, or spending time wandering the streets of downtown Morehead City and historic Beaufort you'll be in for many vacation memories!
