Glowing with elegance, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath house is located DIRECTLY on the ocean with a ground level patio to soak up both sunrises and sunsets. The stretch of white sand beach is completely private with access only to owners and guests. It is perfect for friends, families, or couples who crave a relaxing getaway. Our home is designed to be your home away from home. You will find that we have outfitted this home with everything you need to make your stay a memorable and enjoyable one. A few examples are beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, entertaining / cooking essentials, etc. You have your own private patio with a gas BBQ Grill, it does not get better than this!!

The garage is full of “toys”, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sunshades. We make it easy to just relax with your toes in the sand or be active in the water. Keep an eye out for the wildlife! You can often see dolphins playing in the surf, especially during dusk and dawn. During the winter months, bird watching is almost hard not to do. During the summer, you might be able to see turtles laying eggs at night (just make sure to not disturb or frighten them!)

Most mornings you can be sure to see beautiful sea birds, turtle tracks and even dolphins in the shining light right before dawn. Open the windows & doors to let the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze flow throughout the house. Feel the sand between your toes as you work on your tan after a refreshing swim in the ocean, or just relax in a lounge chair outside your door. Enjoy all that the “Space Coast” has to offer, while you escape the crowds and unwind in the tranquility of our private and quiet home.

This oceanfront retreat can comfortably sleep up to 9 guests. 3 private bedrooms and 2 full baths all decorated with high end furnishings and linens. We have beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys.

Enjoy the beautiful Florida sun on the private back patio, which is often the favorite area of the property. It’s easy to spend entire days out here, thanks to a supply of toys and a gas BBQ grill that makes cookouts a breeze. Wake up with an outdoor breakfast and wind down with a sunset cocktail for the perfect end to a fun-filled day.

**PARKING**
Home has a circular driveway which is large enough for 3-4 vehicles, boat and/or trailer.

**ESSENTIALS**
The entire home is equipped with WiFi and air conditioning, so you will always be cool and connected.

**APPLIANCES**
Appliances include a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, waffle maker, toaster, and Ninja blender. The cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, and glasses, and a filtered water dispenser to ensure everybody stays hydrated.
Take your pick from the many dining spaces: pull up a stool at the breakfast bar or settle in for dinner with the whole group at the dining table near the patio door / overlooking the ocean.

**LOCATION**
We are located 19 miles from Melbourne International Airport, or 80 miles from Orlando International Airport (1hr 36 min). The Kennedy Space Center is just 63 miles to our North, and Vero Beach is 23 miles to our South. Between those two points, you will find miles of Sun-Drenched Beaches known as the Space Coast. If you would like to venture a little further out, well-known Cocoa Beach is 30 miles to our North, and the Sebastian Inlet State Park and Recreation Area is just 4 miles to the South. The many Theme Parks of Orlando are only an hour and a half away.
