About this property

If you enjoy easy short access ess to skiing ,trails, lodges, lakes and the the village this is the house for you. Views out back looking at snowey treetops and mountains from the family area is like living in a tree house one reviewer stated. Also views of Daves Run and Chair 22 out the family Room. The 4 Bedroom ,10 guests home is located on a private non-through street of five homes that provide a great area for the kids to play in the snow. Closest ski access is Eagle or Cyn lodge only a mile away. The ski/village shuttle is only 75 feet away. Walking to the Village is around 25 minutes. Lake Mary trail located near the house leads to the village and is plowed in the winter. Parking is plenty and easy. I have local management to take care of any issues in a timely manner.

I recently listed my property on VRBO so i have no reviews. However, . I am a Super Host on other sites with 5 star reviews. I have attached pictures in photo area showing the listing to verify this. . Location allows good access to Yosemite, June Lake , Bridgeport , Mt Whitney and Eastern Sierras.

Lovely Stay In Mammoth

We hold an annual trip to Mammoth and Steves place was perfect. A nice open living room area where we were able to cook, play board games and watch movies together. The home is located steps away from a town trolley stop that made it easy for the skiers in our group and the town explorers to get around without any complications! A spacious home for our trip!

What makes this property unique

Private Street, Adajcent to Hiking biking trails, Lakes just up the street, can ski from house to Eagle with the right amount of snow on the street. Can get around without car with to get to village and slopes, or hiking trails.
