About this property

Come enjoy this beautiful, newly updated mountain chalet, complete with vaulted wood ceiling and fireplace. Our home is at the Top of Chimney Hill development the last house on a cul-De-Sac for total privacy. Walking distance to the Clubhouse. Guest can be provided with full access to all the amenities( Indoor & Outdoor pools, Hot Tub, Ice Skating Ring, Tennis and Basketball courts, Hot tub, . Store up to 4 snowmobiles in a garage.

Separate living area in walkout ground level with kitchen, living area, and game room. Perfect area for the kids.

*****Winter Rentals******- Please note that this home is on top of the mountain. During the winter months a 4 wheel or AWD vehicle is required.

* - Primary renter must be 30 and over

*- Pets will be considered (Type, size, etc) up to 2 pets. Fee of $75/ up to 3-night stay. $150 for anything over 3 nights. Please inquire about your pet before booking.)

*- Resort fee is included in pricing to access the Clubhouse (Indoor/Outdoor pool, Gym) . Code to access the clubhouse will be provided upon checkin.

*- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id

*- A preauthorization charge of $500 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure.

Weekend Away in May

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Vermont mountain home. We love the Wilmington/Chimney Hill area. This house is exactly as described and accommodated all 8 of us, plus a dog, quite comfortably. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Emilio!

Great spot!

We stayed here to ski Mt. Snow - two families of 4 each and plenty of room. Very clean and enjoyable!

Wonderful stay! So clean, nice, and better than the pictures even! Emilio’s place is great. Amazing basement with ammenties too. Highly recommend!

Mount Snow was snowing

House was set up nicely. Emilio was very attentive to needs. Impending snow storm cut trip short but will definitely return.

Very nice house, high up in the hills and remote.

The house was nice, we experienced problems with the heat, when we arrived the house was at 63 degrees. The property manager sent over a maintenance guy and he reset the heating system. The next morning a plumber came by as the system was not fixed. The issue was able to be resolved and Emilio was constantly in contact. We enjoyed the house once the heating issue was resolved. One thing of note that was not told to us, Chimney Hill recommends that you have snow tires to access this community as it is very hilly.

Been going to this area in VT for 25 years. We originally came for the skiing at Mt Snow but now we come for all seasons. The foliage is beautiful, the summers are amazing. No humidity and you sleep with a blanket.
