The neighborhood
Ideal accommodation for commuters because it is 200m from Guillemins station and Rue des Guillemins, a very busy street which has everything to please you: bakery (we recommend the one in Eggen-Nols), butcher ( we come from far away for the Boucherie Ardennaise), bookstore, snack bars, small shops, supermarkets (Aldi and Carrefour) and restaurants (the “Concordia” is an institution). And if you want to reach the hyper-center, it will take you 20 minutes to walk (via Parc d'Avroy), but there are also dozens of bus lines that pass through there.
The district is booming and many projects have already seen the light of day, notably that of Belle Liégeoise, the footbridge linking the station to the Parc de la Boverie (beautiful green space suitable for picnics, jogging or walks)
Transportation
If you come by car, parking spaces are rather rare on the streets. On the other hand, there is the large car park at the station (My Park, rue du plan inclined) which can offer you packages.
By bus, there is a stop almost in front of the apartment where the different lines reach the main points of the city and the outskirts
By train, Guillemins station is 200m away.
