The apartment is located in the Cointe district, more precisely Place du Batty, offering immediate proximity to various amenities.
It is just a 3-minute walk from Guillemins train station and a 1-minute drive from the motorway. You will find a multitude of businesses nearby, including banks, pharmacies, restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, laundromats and gas stations.
Plus, it's conveniently located near a lush public park, offering opportunities for leisurely walks, play areas for children, and athletics tracks for fitness enthusiasts.

Transportation:
Access by car is convenient, since you can easily stop right in front of the building entrance to unload or load your luggage. Free and paid parking spaces are available in nearby streets.
Access by bus is also easy, with bus stop number 20 located just 50 meters away, Place du Batty.This bus can take you for example to the city center, more precisely to Place St Lambert.
By train : there are three stations in Liège (Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert), the best known is Guillemins

For reservations over 6 months, an additional fee of €60 is required for end-of-stay cleaning services .
