Nice place in the heart of Liège

As a family of 4 we spent one splendid night in this charming, modern appartment in a more than 200 year old house.

Schöne, große Wohnung in guter Lage - 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Allerdings ist das OG mit den Schlafzimmern und Bad nur über eine enge Wendeltreppe zu erreichen, was mit Koffer in der Hand schon eine Herausforderung ist.Leider konnten wir zuerst die Tiefgarage nicht nutzen, da die Zufahrt durch versenkbare Poller versperrt war. Nach Kontakt mit dem Vermieter warf er uns die Karte zum Versenken der Poller am 3. Tag in den Briefkasten.

Tolle, zentrale Lage, geräumige Haus mit sehr schönem Innenhof. Küche etwas in die Jahre gekommen, mäßig sauber, angegebene Spülmaschine fehlte, war laut Eigentümer gerade kaputt gegangen und soll nach unserer Abreise wieder eingebaut werden.

Hände weg von dieser Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft wurde ordnungsgemäß bei homeaway gebucht und bezahlt. Bei Ankunft standen wir vor verschlossener Tür. Das Appartement war doppelt vergeben!! Der Vermieter war zwar per SMS erreichbar, hatte aber auch keinen Plan. So mussten wir uns selber auf die Schnelle kümmern. Nicht so ganz einfach um 18 Uhr mit Familie und Hund. Einen Bewertungspunkt gibt es dafür, dass der Vermieter das Geld zurücküberwies. Zeugt allerdings auch davon, dass er von der doppelten Vergabe wusste. Nie wieder.

Des notre arrivée, il n y avait d eau chaude et pas de code wifi. Le propriétaire a rectifier ce problème d eau chaude dès le soir même. Pendant le séjour, le propriétaire n a plus donner de nouvelle pour le code wifi. Le logement est extrêment sale, de la moisissure dans la salle de bain, les prises sont détaché du murs. Danger pour les voyageurs, les interrupteurs sont extrêmét sale, une poussière de 5 cm sous les lits. Avec des photos et des vidéos à l appuie Le propriétaire ne veut rien entendre. Alles Wichtige fußläufig erreichbar, das Haus ist alt und hat Charme, wir konnten gut über einige Dinge hinwegsehen (WLAN Code trotz mehrerer Nachfragen nicht zu entdecken, nur eine Restrolle Toilettenpapier, kein Bettlaken für das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, keine Geschirrtücher) - wir sind nicht pingelig, waren nur zum Schlafen im Haus und das war sehr gut in bequemen Betten und mit guten Verdunklungsgardinen. Der Besitzer antwortete auf unsere Fragen bzgl des WLANs, aber wir konnten das Problem nicht lösen - Kommunikation war also okay :) Danke für die Möglichkeit, Liège kennen zu lernen.

Mooi historisch pand in een gezellige buurt vlakbij het centrum. Op het bovenste verdiep was er wel een feestje dat ook voor nieuwjaar wel lang uitliep. Hopelijk alleen op nieuwjaar

Goede en snelle communicatie. Omgeving is perfect, parkeergelegenheid top, alles op loopafstand, het huis is ruim en compleet ingericht. Minpuntje, de schoonmaak had beter mogen zijn.

Wochenendtrip

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und sehr zentral gelegen. Sie geht über zwei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Küche und der Wohn-/Essraum. Im Obergeschoss ist ein Badezimmer und eine seperate Toilette, außerdem zwei Schlafzimmer, von denen eines zur Straße und das andere zum Innenhof liegt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch sehr praktisch war die Möglichkeit, separat einen Tiefgaragenparkplatz zu mieten. Von der Wohnung aus ist man innerhalb weniger Gehminuten im Stadtzentrum. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, und trotz meiner rudimentären Französischkenntnisse hat die Kommunikation gut funktioniert.

Prima huis voor enkele nachten.

Mooie locatie, heel centraal gelegen, dicht bij Montagne de Bueren. Fijn dat lakens en badhanddoeken inbegrepen waren, zo konden we onze bagage beperken. Er is een warme bakker 'Saperlipopette' op enkele minuten wandelen, makkelijk voor het ontbijt.

zentrale Fewo in Lüttich

Wir haben die Tage in Lüttich sehr genossen. Die Lage der Fewo bietet sich an für Besuche in der Stadt selbst und auch für einen Ausflug nach Maastricht an. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen Kurzurlaub wünscht inkl Tiefgarage -sehr praktisch für die zentrale Lage! Gern wieder.

abenteuer baustelle

es war sehr interessant für uns, eine stadt im aufbruch zu erleben. so eine große baustelle habe ich noch nie gesehen-lüttich bekommt eine straßenbahn und ist dabei viele alte gebäude zu sanieren. mein mann ist architekt und ich habe mich vorwiegend mit stadtplanung beschäftigt. wir waren viel unterwegs und werden uns alles noch einmal ansehen, wenn die straßen wieder begehbar sind. die wohnung ist prima und liegt sehr zentral.

Großartige Lage, schönes Haus

Zentrale Lage im Zentrum von Liège. Sehr positiv überrascht waren wir dass die Wohnung eher ein Ferienhaus über 2 Etagen ist. Das Wohnzimmer mit Tür zum sehr schönen Innenhof ist superschön - tolles Ambiente. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt was für uns super war. Das Bad ist recht modern und es gibt ein geräumige Mulifunktionsdusche die sehr gut funktioniert. Die Matratzen sind supercomfortabel. Nur die Einrichtung der Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen - die Schränke da und dort etwas defekt. Besser nicht in den Keller gehen - wirkt recht vernachlässigt. Insgesamt eine Wohnung mit großen Potential in der wir uns auch mit den erwähnten Schönheitsfehlern sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage ist (vielleicht auch jetzt wegen der Baustelle) kaum zu finden. Aber es gibt in der Nähe ein ganz nettes Tiefegaragenparkhaus.

Mooi huis in leuke buurt

We waren hier maar voor 1 nacht dus over de voorzieningen kan ik weinig zeggen maar het appartement zelf was dik in orde. Mooie ruime kamers, keuken voorzien van oven en microgolf, ruime koelkast. Vriendelijke gastheer.

Ein wenig Handlungsbedarf

Generell eine sehr schöne Lage; fußläufig sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Die Wohnungsbeschreibung und Bilder stimmen überein. Es Bedarf noch etwas mehr an Infos zu dem angebotenem Objekt - z. B. mit dem Schlüsselempfang, bzw. wie in diesem Fall mittels PIN-Code erst mal in die Wohnung zu kommen; vielleicht auch eine kleine Info-Broschüre in der Wohnung, mit Infos wie und wo kann der Hausmüll entsorgt werden; Parkmöglichkeiten und ggf. Parkgebühren; wo steht das Passwort für den Router (WLAN); wofür ist die Fernbedienung am Schlüsselbund des Wohnungsschlüssel; wie wird die Heizung im Bad eingestellt und noch mehr. Eine kleine Kontrolle der Heizregler auf richtige Positionierung oder Kontrolle des Hoftürschlosses; Steckdosenkontrolle würde ich empfehlen. Lebensmittel von den vorherigen Nutzern ist zwar willkommen, aber gebrauchte / geöffnete sind nicht gerade ein Plus - auch wenn das Haltbarkeitsdatum noch aktuell ist, ist die Lagerung ungewiss (gebrauchte Mayo kann auch Tage ungekühlt sein). Also noch ein wenig Handlungsbedarf ist hier notwendig.

Très agréable

Appartement très agréable et très bien situé. Etant venu pour le salon du bonsaï à Genk, nous avons pu visiter un peu Liège. Ville très jolie et propre. Nous reviendrons lorsque led travaux seront terminé.

great experience

Great location, easy underground parking and entry by means of a code is very handy. Spacious rooms and comfy beds plus good shower. The house could use some tlc, replacing light bulbs, fixing small things that are broken in the kitchen. Owner is quick at responding to questions and very helpful.
