Gîte en Provence Proche Mont Ventoux et à 2 pas des Commerces

We welcome you to our property in a cottage with 1 bedroom (bed 140), a living room with sofa, equipped kitchen (oven, hood, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer). The bathroom has an Italian shower and the toilet is separate. <br>The cottage is equipped with air conditioning.<br>The garden of about 2300m2 is fully fenced and we can accommodate your small dogs. We ourselves have a Havanese (female). <br>The swimming pool (10x5) will be shared with us around which you can relax in the deckchairs.<br>We are located in a cul-de-sac, and you can go shopping on foot.<br>The property is located 20 minutes from Orange with its ancient theatre and Avignon with the Palais des Papes and its festival in July. It takes 20 minutes to reach l'Isle sur la Sorgue, 35 minutes to Fontaine de Vaucluse and 20 mns to Bedoin and Malaucene. <br>We are 200m from the international BMX track<br>A parking space is available on the property.
