3 bedroom gorgeous home in Gärsnäs
Beautiful cottage in the middle of beautiful Österlen, in a quiet cottage area. Not far from lake Gyllebosjön (900 m), swimming spots, jetty and fishing opportunities. A fishing license is required. Through the forest are good hiking trails that will let you get to know the nature reserve Gyllebo. The house is located free and on your property with meadow. Not far from there is a playground, but also at the house you have swings for your children. The large living room is combined with the kitchen, a perfect plan solution for the cozy get-together - also in front of the open fireplace. By agreement, you can rent a high chair and a cot on the spot. Vacuum WC. The neighboring house S1101 can be rented for a larger company. You live about 10 minutes by car from Rörum Strand and the beautiful Knäckbäckshusen. Nearby you have farm stores, galleries and eateries. Also not far away are Stenshuvud National Park and Naturum Visitor Center, Simrisham, Kivid and the beautiful east coast.
